“Quality is Remembered Long After Price is Forgotten”
Contracts

OVERVIEW | ESTIMATES | CONTRACTS | PAYMENTS | REFERENCES

A draft of the contract for services is provided to the customer early in the negotiation phase enabling ample time for review and questioning. This contract covers all terms and conditions. Additionally, it includes a detailed statement of the work to be performed, a definition of the level of quality of restoration and/or repair desired by the customer and an estimate of cost (if a restoration, this estimate is broken down by project category, e.g., suspension, engine, etc.).

A final, agreed-upon version of the contract is executed before the car is accepted and work begins. This procedure insures that the customer has a clear understanding of the conditions covering the work that is performed.
